Please include your app version and a description of the issue. Do not send passport numbers, application identifiers or private immigration documents.
Your data
Export CSV or JSON from Days. Delete local records in Profile. Delete the private AI session separately in Ask Maple. Deletion does not cancel an Apple subscription.
Purchases
On iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Maple → Cancel Subscription (or Cancel Free Trial). Use the Apple Account that made the purchase. If Apple shows an expiry date and no Cancel button, renewal is already cancelled.

Cancel at least 24 hours before a trial ends to avoid a charge. Deleting the app does not cancel billing. Use Restore purchases in Maple membership after reinstalling or changing devices.
